2nd week of my SP Purification

Since the start of the new year I have changed to decaf coffee with no sugar or cream and I have eliminated the "avoid" foods on my food allergy testing (dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten and beef) also, I just finished the first(no meat) week of an SP Purification. In the next 2 weeks of the program I will be adding back fish and chicken. I really am feeling good and totally enjoying the new abundance of veggies in the diet. The plan is to stay on a diet free of processed foods after the Purification is done, just loads of veggies, clean meats and healthy fats.
