Aspirin, think twice

I can't tell you how many people I know that follow The Medical Professions advice of taking a baby aspirin daily for heart health. The side affects are just not worth it and now here is another article connecting it to macular degeneration. Diet, Exercise and a few really good supplements that is what I continue to say and there are mountains of evidence based studies to back it up.
